It all began here. This is the point where, according to legend, King Grontolom came into being... not through birth, but through materialisation, a supernatural event. On the very day of his appearance, in order to settle in and find shelter, he built a small two-storey residence with only the bare essentials. Once he had gathered wool for his first bed and stone for his first furnace, he collected resources and slowly made his way towards the area where, shortly thereafter, Historic Grontolom arose, the first urban settlement in the history of the Federal Republic.

As things currently stand, Spawn is a Neighborhood with special status that requires no seat of government, and no building may be constructed on its territory, as it is protected by a common agreement for its preservation.

This is the only structure in this part of the City of Grontolom. The first building ever constructed in the history of the Republic is in fact a house built into the hillside just behind the point where King Grontolom appeared. The construction start date is conventionally recorded as Day 1.
